Four years ago, an Elyria family needed help obtaining high school transcripts so their daughter could go to college. Today, that student has graduated from Mount Union College, having made the Dean’s list.
Alexandra had recently graduated from a local private High School and her school refused to provide her transcripts to colleges because of an issue beyond Alexandra’s control. Alexandra was denied the ability to submit applications to colleges. Desperate not to miss another semester of college, she contacted Tom Robenalt at The Robenalt Law Firm for help.
Tom handled her case pro bono, and successfully petitioned Lexi’s high school to provide her transcripts to colleges where she was applying. Lexi ultimately was accepted into Mount Union College, where she majored in Spanish with a minor and licensure in Education, and studied abroad in Alicante, Spain.
Lexi’s family recently reached out to Tom to express their gratitude, writing “She would never be where she is without you!”
