Abigail Porter

Born on the west side of Cleveland, Abby Porter grew up surrounded by blue-collar workers who valued taking care of their families and their community through hard work and perseverance. The second person in her family to attend law school, she began her legal career as an extern in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. After being admitted to practice in 2019, she represented corporations in complex business and personal injury litigation, including matters involving product liability, transportation, and premises liability.

Having learned the tactics large companies and their lawyers use to defend themselves, Abby is excited to fight to protect the rights of hardworking and wrongfully injured people in her community.

Alexander Maxwell

Alexander Maxwell graduated from Granville High School in Central Ohio, then earned a degree in Business Administration from George Washington University. After graduation, Alex worked for IBM in Washington, D.C., before returning to Ohio to attend The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Alex was admitted to practice in 2021 and began his legal career representing corporate defendants in landlord-tenant actions in Columbus. Having seen firsthand how large companies try to take advantage of people, he is proud to level the playing field as he fights to ensure his clients receive the justice they deserve.

John Moscarino

A native of the east side of Cleveland, John Moscarino is a third-generation attorney and the fifth member of his family to practice law. While a law student, John worked for a firm that represented plaintiffs in personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death claims against the tobacco industry. After passing the bar exam, he worked for a law firm defending hospitals, physician groups, and insurance companies in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death litigation.

John is pleased to join the team at Robenalt Law and is eager to leverage his extensive experience to help injured people and their families in their fight for justice.
