In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, our hearts go out to those affected and their families. We are committed to carefully monitoring the situation and have implemented plans to prioritize the health and well-being of our staff, our clients, and their families while ensuring that we meet our commitment to our clients’ legal needs during this difficult time.
Our office remains open and we have successfully resolved numerous claims, including two significant medical malpractice cases, using Zoom video-conferencing software. Through the use of state-of-the-art technology, we are able to keep our office open and fully functional, and we are able to communicate with our clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Since Ohio’s Stay-at-Home Order was put in place as of 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March, 23, we want you to know that as an “essential business” we are continuing to provide uninterrupted service to keep our cases moving forward and that we remain focused on providing top-notch legal services to our clients throughout this difficult time
We also want to reiterate the steps we have taken to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and staff.
We encourage our clients, our staff, and their families to follow the guidelines from the CDC and the Ohio Department of Health to stay at home, if possible, and if it is necessary to leave the house to follow appropriate Social Distancing Requirements.
We have at least one staff member working remotely to ensure their safety as well as the safety of other family members that may be living in their home. You have our commitment that we are doing everything in our power to maintain the health, safety, and integrity of our firm for you and the many others who have cases and do business with our firm during these disconcerting times.
We want to assure our clients that we are committed to providing legal advice and have made all necessary adaptations to comply with best practice recommendations while maintaining full operations. Several county and judicial offices have adapted procedures to continue trials for the next 30-60 days but all other deadlines remain in effect and we are prepared to handle them.
We will keep you updated as the crisis continues to evolve and as new information becomes available.
If you have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us by calling 216-233-7573 or emailing trobenalt@robenaltlaw.com.
